In this week’s spotlight, we’re highlighting some of the notable projects that showcase how our people, processes, and commitment to continuous improvement make a real impact.
Project Highlight: Custom Material Program & Dedicated Inventory Management
One of our most rewarding projects this year involved developing a fully customized parts program for a customer requiring specialized, graded materials. To meet their specifications, we brought in new material types, established dedicated minimum and maximum inventory levels, and created detailed CAD drawings for each unique gasket in the series. Every part was assigned a custom Ameraseal item number, enabling precise tracking and consistent repeatability. By tailoring our inventory and production processes to their exact needs, we now supply large volumes of components that pass strict quality controls—and we’re able to ship their orders within a single day. This project showcases how Ameraseal’s attention to detail and proactive planning transforms complex requirements into smooth, dependable workflows.
Project Highlight: Around-the-Clock Support During a Major Turnaround
Another major accomplishment this year was our role in supporting an operation for a large industrial facility during an extended turnaround. Throughout the process, our team provided continuous, on-demand service—often responding late at night and outside normal operating hours—to supply critical gaskets and specialty components. By staying flexible, maintaining open communication, and keeping our production capabilities ready at all times, we helped the customer avoid costly delays and keep their schedule on track. This project is a strong reminder of Ameraseal’s commitment to being there when our customers need us most.
Project Highlight: Custom Nylon Rod Assemblies & Designed Garlock 3000 Gaskets
One standout project this year involved supporting a customer who required large threaded nylon rods with nuts, paired with custom-cut blind gaskets made from Garlock 3000. Our team sourced the oversized nylon studs to exact specifications with expedite from one of our trusted suppliers, while manufacturing the gaskets in-house using our CAD-guided cutting machine. All to be delivered via hotshot within the week and coordinated throughout the night and weekend. The combination of fast turnaround, conclusive communication/coordination, and total material acquisition made this job a great example of how Ameraseal delivers complete, end-to-end solutions for unique industrial needs.
