PTFE gaskets provide exceptional chemical resistance, low friction, and reliable sealing performance across a wide range of temperatures and pressures. Commonly used in chemical processing, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and corrosive service applications, PTFE materials are non-contaminating and resist most acids, solvents, and aggressive media.

Virgin PTFE – Made from 100% pure PTFE, offering maximum chemical resistance and high purity. Ideal for food, pharmaceutical, and ultra-clean applications.

Expanded PTFE (ePTFE) – A compressible PTFE material designed to conform to flange irregularities, providing excellent sealing with reduced bolt load requirements.

Glass-Filled PTFE – PTFE reinforced with glass fibers for improved strength, creep resistance, and dimensional stability in higher-pressure applications.
PTFE gaskets are available in ring and full-face configurations and can be custom cut to meet ANSI, ASME, or customer-specified dimensions.
